Background & Pronounciation
At first glance it may look like a foreign language, but I promise you it's not difficult at all. It's pronounce like "alchemistic" or [  al-kə-ˈmi-stik ].  Alchemy is an ancient practice and philosophy focused on transforming base metals into gold, discovering a universal cure for diseases, and finding a way to extend life indefinitely. It also refers to a mysterious or impressive transformative power or process. With this in mind, I believe the same can be applied to healing the body as well.

The FDA has not evaluated the products listed on this website. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information provided is based on my research, experiences, opinions, and results/testimony. Please use these products in addition to your health/self-care/diet regimens for optimal health and results and solely at your own risk. 

I am an herbalist. I am not a doctor or a nurse, nor am I a replacement for a primary care physician of any kind. Though I have many years of herbal education and clinical experience, in the United States, there is no federal or state-level licensing or certification specifically for herbalists, therefore I am an unlicensed practitioner. I do not diagnose, treat, prescribe or claim to cure any medical conditions or pathologies nor will I ever represent myself as doing so. For any condition, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions about your health or engaging in any health-related actions. 

As an herbalist, this is what I will do:

• listen, hold space for, and honour your health journey and perspective on your body and experiences

• recommend herbs based on my clinical experience and education of safe and accessible plant medicines and their benefits

• make other holistic suggestions in the areas of nutrition, lifestyle, and nutritional supplementation

All our products undergo rigorous testing before they are made available for sale. We prioritize safety and efficacy, ensuring that each product meets our high standards and to provide you with safe and effective products. Many of our products have medicated and natural herbs/oils/scents, so please keep this in mind. For skin products, we recommend performing a patch test before using any new product, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies. To conduct a patch test, apply a small amount of the product to a discreet area of your skin, such as the inside of your wrist or behind your ear. Wait 24 hours to see if any irritation occurs. If you experience any adverse reactions, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. All our handmade products have all ingredients listed for your knowledge before you decide to use any product. Stay informed.

Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges are evaluated on a individually. Alkhemystiq only refunds/exchanges funds for items that were defective or incorrectly missing from your order placed, and you must report it to us within 48 hours of your specific order being delivered to your address. If there is an issue, please send order number, an image (if defective) and detailed description of the issue as soon as you can via email. Also, understand that all the products are natural and made in different batches for freshness. With that being said, there may be variations with colors, scents,etc depending on the herbs and specific times of year.

Shipping & Tracking
Hair and skin products takes between 1-2 days to be processed before officially shipped out (excluding holidays) and health products can take up to 7 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
